But they want to go even further. pinqponq's sense of responsibility does not stop here but also considers the selection of excellent and experienced suppliers and producers as well as the selection of fabrics that are not hazardous to health, among other factors. The most important motto of pinqponq's founders: They want everyone they get in touch with to be permanently well.
Designers, product managers, and buyers spend several weeks of the year on-site in order to make sure the working conditions of the people manufacturing their products meet the corporate philosophy. That allows them to gain a personal insight into the working conditions.
But environment means a lot to pinqponq as well. The company FOND OF BAGS, that lies behind the successful brand, was able to recycle almost 90 million plastic bottles and thus save over 50,000 barrels oil and 360 million bath tubs of water since their foundation in 2010. In addition, CO2 emissions were reduced by the volume of a good 500 filled hot-air balloons. Impressive figures! Besides the reduced use of natural resources, recycling has yet another positive side effect:
less rubbish in the countryside.
