Legal guarantee & manufacturer’s guarantees
All goods purchased from us (except for gift cards) are covered by the statutory legal guarantee rights. These rights apply independently of any voluntary manufacturer’s guarantee.
The legal guarantee generally applies for at least two years. You can find further information in the official EU notice below and on the Your Europe website.
Voluntary manufacturer’s guarantees
Some products may also come with a voluntary manufacturer’s guarantee. Whether such a guarantee is available, and its scope, depend on the specific product and manufacturer.

If you would like to report a defect, please contact our customer service team with your order number and, where possible, photos of the defect. We will inform you about the next steps.
