Transport Damage

Despite all care, it can not be 100% avoided that a delivery is incorrect, incomplete or even damaged. If this is the case, please inform us immediately, so we can react appropriate and as soon as possible.

In case the package wasn't closed completely or is damaged, open it in front of the delivery personal (DHL) and sned a picutre of the package. In addition, we need a confirmation in written form from the DHL delivery personal.

If an item you ordered is missing or damaged, you will get a replacement (if possible) or respectively compensation, without any extra costs.
