Transport damage

Despite all care, in very rare cases, it can not be 100% avoided that a delivery is incorrect, incomplete or even damaged. In this case it is important that you inform us immediately, so we are able to react appropriate and as soon as possible.

In case the package isn't completely closed or damaged, open it in front of the delivery personal (DHL) and take pictures, which should be send to us. We do need a confirmation in written form from the DHL delivery personal.

If an item you ordered is missing or damaged, you will get replacement (if possible) or respectively compensation, without any extra costs.
